Coaching
NZJJF's
aim is to encourage coaches (instructors) to become leaders who balance
technical skills with people skills and who operate safely and
considerately from a sound sports science base. The ideal coach is also
open-minded, regularly up-dates his or her coaching skills, and shares
ideas and practices with other coaches.
We therefore
recognise those Ju-jitsu coaches who are part of SPARC's National Coach
Accreditation Programme and have First Aid qualifications, and
encourage all others to attain such qualifications.
